Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dilbaz mobile application ("App") developed by Tamer Yazar ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dilbaz, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

Dilbaz is a word-learning application. You agree to use it only for its intended educational purpose and not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the App
Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the App
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or user data
Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

3. Accounts

You may create an account using your email address or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may also use the App as a guest without registering; however, guest progress is not persisted across sessions.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including but not limited to word data, graphics, sounds, and UI design — is the property of Tamer Yazar or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

5. User-Generated Content

Dilbaz does not currently support user-generated content. Any feedback or suggestions you submit may be used by us to improve the App without any obligation to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all content is accurate. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tamer Yazar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to other users or the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
